- What makes Select Gourmet Foods' suppliers high quality?
- Every line comes from heritage producers around the world, sourced direct. Whole muscle salumi, DOP and IGP certified lines, and aged cheeses, not retail repackaging. If a producer is on the line card, we know them by name.
- Does Select Gourmet Foods deliver to Miami restaurants?
- Yes. Same week delivery across South Florida, from Brickell to Palm Beach, with cold chain handling for cured meats, cheese, and frozen pastry. Weekend deliveries are available by appointment.
- What is the service model, and is it white glove?
- One named contact handles your account end to end, same name and same number on every order. That includes concierge sourcing for items not yet on the line card and format support that matches case packs to your dish counts, prep flow, and walk in space.
